Dr. Giesler is a long-time resident of the Lewisville area graduating from Lewisville High School in 1979. After completing his residency training, he moved back to Highland Village and has practiced exclusively at Orthopedic Associates since 1992.
In 2005, Dr. Giesler completed a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He now serves in lay leadership and adult education at First Baptist Church of Flower Mound. His goal is to live life in a way that reflects his commitment to a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.
Dr. Giesler is married and has two adult children. He enjoys frequent tennis matches with his twin brother and learning about contemporary art with his wife who has completed her MFA in Painting and Drawing at the University of North Texas.
Dr. Giesler sees a variety of general orthopedic problems and specializes in care of the disorders of the spine. He emphasizes a conservative approach of treatment utilizing both non-operative and operative methods where indicated. This includes minimally invasive spine surgery, Laminectomy, Discectomy, Fusion, Disc Replacement, Deformity Correction, Kyphoplasty and Spinal Cord Stimulation.

I had emergency lower back surgery completed by Dr. Brady Giesler. Dr. Giesler is one of the best surgeons in the state of Texas, and I am fortunate that he performed my back surgery. I had a follow-up appointment today with Dr. Giesler, and I am having no pain in my lower back, hips or legs. Dr. Giesler is such a caring and loving doctor that he has me doing physical therapy at home with the same therapist, who is helping me with the therapy for my right knee replacement. This is convenient for me and my family, and it will ensure that my lower back will continue to be strengthened.

Everyone was pleasant and polite. Dr. Giesler took time to explain and answer questions. Left me with a great sense of confidence. Pat Cooper (PT) also took time to best analyze my symptoms and prescribe the best exercises for me. I feel better than I have in 1 1/2 years and now almost pain free. These guys are the best.

Dr. Giesler was great. He did surgery for 2 herniated discs on March 3rd. By June 3rd, I was back to running 2 miles a day. I have my life back thanks to Dr. Giesler. PA Brian was also great every time I spoke to him.
