Dr. Evanich Letter to Patients

Dr. Evanich Retirement

To my dear patients and esteemed colleagues,

On April 1st, 2025, I will retire from Orthopedic Associates of Flower Mound, my first and only place of practice.

I want to thank you for placing your trust in me and allowing me to assist you with your orthopedic care since 2001. I have always tried to provide you the best care possible and have focused on treating each of you like family. I have enjoyed our shared decision-making as we assessed and treated your musculoskeletal conditions. It truly has been a “joint” effort! I will forever cherish the relationships we have formed and nurtured over the past 24 years. Thank you.

Fortunately, Orthopedic Associates has recruited many talented orthopedic surgeons over the years. This foresight has allowed, if you desire, for the seamless transition of your care to one of my partner surgeons. Depending on your condition or issue, we have several surgeons fellowship-trained in various subspecialty areas which allows for more in-depth and focused treatment for your condition. Specifically for hip and knee reconstruction, Dr. David Neal and Dr. Aaron Schrayer have the training and expertise to continue your treatment. If you prefer to continue your care outside of our practice, our medical records department will be happy to assist you in obtaining your records and radiographs to bring to your new orthopedic surgeon of choice.

I definitely will miss you all, but I am excited for the next stage of my life focusing on family, health, and volunteering. Thank you again for your trust, kindness, and friendship. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Sincerely,

J. David Evanich, MD
