Meet Our Team Of Physicians
Our board-certified doctors are also specialists for every condition that you might encounter. They have lived in our area, become engrained in all aspects of being active participants in our communities, and also serve as team physicians for high schools and colleges throughout the region that surrounds Flower Mound.
That includes Jeffery S. Cantrell, M.D., who has remained highly knowledgeable in the most advanced forms of treatment for orthopedic and sports medicine injuries, with an emphasis on issues of the shoulder, knee, and elbow. Dr. Cantrell serves as the team physician for Argyle, Krum, and Pilot Point High Schools. He is also is a consulting team physician for the University of North Texas and Texas Women’s University.
Kent Dickson, M.D., is a former All-American swimmer who had the opportunity to experience a National Championship. He has been providing his expertise in care for the shoulder, hand, wrist, and elbow to patients in North Texas for over 20 years. Dr. Dickson has also treated numerous high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including multiple world-record holders.
J. David Evanich, M.D., is in his 20th year of treating patients in the community. He supplies his knowledge on issues of the hip and knee and has been voted as the Best Orthopedic Surgeon of Flower Mound. Dr. Evanich also serves on the Physician Leadership Council of One World Surgery. This nonprofit organization delivers care to patients in Third World countries.
Brady G Geisler, M.D., is a lifelong resident of the area who has been treating patients at Orthopedics of Associates since 1992. He specializes in assisting patients with conditions of the neck and spine. He also places an emphasis on conservative forms of treatment that involve both non-operative and operative solutions. Dr. Geisler also remains an active tennis player.
James Heerwagen, M.D., has been voted Best Orthopedic Surgeon of Denton County on multiple occasions while providing his knowledge on conditions of the knee and hip. He has served on the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2008 and has been the consulting team physician for Flower Mound High School for nearly 20 years. He also maintains a very active lifestyle that includes running and skiing.
James C. McElroy, M.D., was born and raised in Texas, and also received his education at Texas A&M. He delivers assistance to patients who are experiencing issues in the neck and back. His training at a trauma hospital has expanded his experience in multiple forms of treatments for issues of the spine. This includes all variations of treatment that are both surgical and non-surgical.
Aaron D. Schrayer, M.D., was born and raised in our area, while also undergoing extensive training and education in North Texas. He supplies patients with experience in issues of the hip, knee, shoulder, and ankle while specializing in caring for patients with traumatic injuries. He also serves as the team position for Liberty Christian school, and remains active in running, soccer, and biking.
Manuj C. Singhal, M.D., has received extensive training in various sports injuries as part of his overall medical studies. He has also trained with the renowned Dr. James Andrews, which has enabled him to become extremely knowledgeable in ACL reconstruction, Tommy John surgery, rotator cuff surgery, and total knee replacement. He also serves as the team physician for The Colony High School and also for Lewisville High School.
Ian G. Wilkofsky, M.D., played collegiate football for four years at Williams College which blends with his training in various forms of traumatic injuries. He received a degree in medical school, then continued his education by attaining a master’s degree. Dr. Wilkofsky retains his expertise in issues of the shoulder and knee while serving as a team physician for Lake Dallas High School.
Michael J. Willenborg, M.D., received his medical education at several institutions. That includes the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was also a member of the golf team. He has also completed his foot and ankle fellowship under the direction of Dr. Thomas Clinton and uses that experience with patients who are experiencing pain in those areas. He serves as the team physician for Marcus High School.
